Featured in Bon Appetit, celebrity Chef Orlando Collazo, will prepare light appetizer-style dishes that include edible flowers in preparation and presentation.  A signature drink, also featuring flowers, will be designed especially for this event and be part of the sampling for the evening.

About our Chef:

Our chef, Orlando Collazo, hails from Puerto Rico, where he learned his love of cooking from his mother and his aunt. Although certainly influenced by Caribbean flavors, he has broadened his culinary repertoire for over 20 years, experimenting with Asian, Indian and other exotic culinary flavors. He has created many mouth-watering masterpieces at numerous hot spots in Washington, DC, Longboat Key, and Sarasota. Currently he is the Sous Chef at DeSoto Beach Club in Sarasota as well as a personal chef to clients around Tampa Bay. Chef Orlando holds an Advanced Culinary Professional degree from ATI Career Institute in Falls Church, Virginia.
